Dwelling in God’s Presence: The Spirit with Us

The point of Christianity has always been to be in the presence of God himself. From the first page of Scripture to the last, God reveals a desire to be present with his people.

Text: John 14:15-18 – If you love me, keep my commands. And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another advocate to help you and be with you forever— the Spirit of truth. The world cannot accept him, because it neither sees him nor knows him. But you know him, for he lives with you and will be in you. I will not leave you as orphans; I will come to you.

Who is introduced and in what role? How does this fulfill the promise of Ezekiel 37:27-28 (from Email #3)?
