Our eternal destiny has no calendar

Dallas Willard

I don’t think it’s possible to sufficiently emphasize the importance of Jesus’s message about the kingdom of God and what that means both for time and for eternity. We’ve come to the end of a so-called millennium and the beginning of another, which I’m sure makes no difference to the cats and the dogs. A lot of people worry about the end of the world. They should know that eternity has hardly begun. It isn’t like the universe is going to go out of existence. We have an eternal destiny, and it’s in this universe under God. It’s very important to understand that at this particular time.

  1. My Dear Sister in Christ Pat Veen (Child of God), I am curious to know anything if you would happen to know. A fellow Sister named Sherita Benn of the blog site, Planting Seed In God’s Growing Garden has not written anything new in some time. I wonder. Did something, possibly her death, occur? If you DO happen to know of anything; could you ‘message’ me? I know, it will take some time. God Bless You! Timothy PS: As with you and others; I try to “follow” her site.
