My dear Blogger friends,
I was going to write this in the morning or afternoon today but even with my left eye hurting, I will try to share my stupidity.
I dyed my hair red as usual even if I turned 65 today.
As usual, I had red all over my forehead and decided to clean it it up with acetone.
I have a round container with nail polish remover and I took my bottle out and put it on the bathroom sink. I took a cotton ball, put it in the nail color remover and… forgot that the sponge inside the container is loose I quickly took the cotton out of the container with the sponge and all and drenched my left eye with the acetone. The pain was intense so much so that I screamed in pain, Toby went on the internet and told me I have to rinse my eye at least 15 minutes with water. I walked into my shower, took the showerhead and started rinsing them without paying attention to my double pain, all in one at this time. The medical site told us if not better go to the emergency room.
After 20 long minutes, I was still in so much pain that Toby helped me dress and took me to the Emergency room.
I am going to make this short…
The dr put numbing drops as I am now in the worse pain because of literally showering my eye and found no permanent damage. Well, I thank God for that. It’s taking longer than usual to write this post with one and a half eyes. The bad news is that he checked my stomach for a different reason, gave us a dermatologist name and told me that most likely I had skin cancer. Well, when it rains it pours but I am not overly concerned about just skin cancer still, please make me part of your prayers list for a while.
I love Jesus, He loves me and if it was not for my “accident” I would not have found out about this “little” peace of Information. The Dr told Toby to bring me to the Dermatologist this week, not a good sign. (it might be the less dangerous one, we do not know yet.
Later, love you all, hug,
Pat,
child of God.
P.S. I might have o postpone my “trip”
🙏🙏

I say that often to “the nurse” and after telling her about my days (often utter chaos), she replies “Unbelievable” – if I was you I’d just go to bed, stay there and write.
