Vertical Connection – February 10

COMFORT“The Lord will once again comfort Israel and have mercy on her ruins. Its desert will flourish like Eden, its desolate places like the garden of the Lord. Joy and gladness will be found there; songs of gratitude will fill the air. ” Isaiah 51: 3 (NLT) God’s love for each man from beginning to end was demonstrated in the sacrifice of his only son Jesus on the cross. There we find a consolation for our lives, the mercy that God had for you, for me and for all those who decide to recognize his sacrifice. Through that love we can find constant comfort in the face of life’s adversities, either as a result of our decisions (bad or good) or due to circumstances inexplicable to our humanity, but there is God with open arms and saying: “I will return you to console, I will have mercy on you again ”. We have the happiness of having God at all times, we do not have to make an appointment and hope that he has a free hour in his busy schedule, it is not necessary to travel for hours and hours to see him, much less, wait until one day he can visit our city so we can tell our pain and receive comfort. He is the one who turns our desert into a fertile place and our desolate lives into gardens full of life and constant joy. Let us seek God in privacy every morning and our soul will say: Why are you downcast, my soul, and are you troubled within me? Wait on God; because I still have to praise him, my salvation and my God. CVCLAVOZ Soraida Fuentes.RDS Department Assistant. The following credit, by obligation, is required for use by other sources: This article was produced by Radio Cristiana CVCLAVOZ.
